I redesigned the class booking experience for SalsaFit Gym, a real Bucharest studio that relied entirely on manual WhatsApp messages to book classes. The project covers the full process — research, user flow, wireframes, and final UI — turning a six-step manual process into a one-tap booking flow.
SalsaFit Gym is a real, small gym and dance studio in Bucharest offering group classes like Zumba, Salsa Cubana, Pilates, and Qi Gong. Its website had no digital booking system — every class reservation happened manually through WhatsApp, with no way for members to know in advance if a spot was even available. This project redesigns the entire booking experience — from spotting the problem on the live site, through research and user flow mapping, to a complete visual identity and four connected screens — turning a six-step manual process into a one-tap booking flow.
